See 1-toaline korter asub Viljandi vanalinnas esimesel korrusel, 5-minutilise jalutuskäigu kaugusel Viljandi järvest. Lähim pood asub 400 meetri kaugusel. Viljandi lossivaremed on 10-minutilise jalutuskäigu kaugusel. Majas on 4 korterit ja peab arvestama ka naabritega. Maja taga on aed, grillinurk ja puhkunurk mis on ühiskasutuses. Korter mahutab 2 külalist. Parkimine pole hoovis võimalik, lähim võimalus on “Mäe” tänav (150m majast) või Viljandi järve parkla (250 m). Korter asub tänava ääres.

This modern cottage is part of Piesta Kuusikaru farm, our family home, set on the bank of Pärnu river in Soomaa region in western/central Estonia. The cottage is a bright and spacious 2-storey building, designed in nordic style, with wood-burning sauna. Perfect for one family or close friends; ideal for 2 persons, fine for 4 plus an infant sleeping in baby cot. We live onsite and will be happy to show you around the farm including organic apple orchard and the "slow food" production facility.

Quiet area, bus stops around 900 m, big supermarket around 1 km. 3 km to the center and 3,5 km to the beach. No noises while there are concerts or festivals in town. Not suitable for the people who have allergy for pets. Me or my representative will meet you and explain all the details. Suitable to the families with a baby if you have your own babycot with you. Central beach is 5 min away from apartment, you will get there by walking by Pärnu resort Main Street. Cafes, restaurants and spas are 1-4min away. Apartment has a terrace with main street view. You will have all necessary for comfortable short or long stay. Families with children will also find everything they need such as baby bed, feeding chair, stair safety barriers, toys etc.
