Fully equipped Kitchen Diner, separate Lounge area and Netflix & Sky and board games. Located in the Norfolk Broads village of Stumpshaw with 2 pubs within 5 mins walk & close to Norwich. Perfectly positioned for the Norwich city centre, countryside & beaches. Private entrance and parking.

The Coach House near Norwich, the Broads & coast

Light and airy, the Coach House is the perfect place for a relaxing break. The open plan living room is spacious but cosy and has a stylish mix of antique and modern furniture plus a wood burner for cooler evenings. The whole house is on one level and has been designed to be accessible. We're close to Norwich and the Broads, with the coast only 20 mins away. There is a regular bus service into Norwich from outside the gate, so no need to have a car. Note: not suitable for children under 12.

Riverside pub is only a 10 minute walk away along the boardwalk and footpaths. Fully fenced garden.

The double doors open out to a veranda with dining furniture and steps down to the waters’ edge. Moor your own or hired boat right outside your cosy holiday lodge!

The Tiny House

Rustic Shepherd's hut set in its own 5 acre field. Very child and dog friendly, all welcome! The Tiny House is well insulated and with its wood burning stove is lovely and toasty during winter months. Unlimited wood available. The bathroom is located directly behind the hut, where there is a shower and a composting toilet. This is attended to daily. Rural and peaceful location but also situated close to many amenities, including delightful pubs and restaurants.
