This place is addictive - our guests have been coming back year after year. House trained dogs welcome inside with prior approval. No fences. Single nights will oçur a $100 surcharge. $30 pet fee per dog per stay. Linen hire available, $15-20pp.

Surfside Serenity

Comfortable three bedroom home, furnished with modern decor in an ideal quiet location within a 2 minute stroll to Surfside beach, convenience store and the Clyde river. Newly renovated bathroom. Batemans Bay precinct is a leisurely, flat 20 minute stroll across the beautiful Clyde river. Enjoy all that Surfside and Batemans Bay has to offer with some nice restaurants, cafes and pubs overlooking the water. Or perhaps some swimming, fishing, kayaking, snorkeling and boating is more your style.

Studio Cottage on farm with river views

Nestled in the Benandarah State Forest, on 52 private hectares of pasture, is Biddie's Farm Cottage. With beautiful views of the Cyne Mallows river which runs off from the Clyde, this vintage cottage was built from timber found on the farm and reclaimed planks from a 100 year old shack from Bega. Biddies is full of cosy country comforts including a/c, column heater for winter, and a 40 inch smart TV. The queen size bed is a vintage brass frame. There is the farm to explore and river access.

Spacious luxury log cabin, private & dog-friendly

Bawley Ridge Cottage is a secluded, spacious & dog-friendly log cabin with lofty beamed ceilings, cosy living area, & luxury bathroom. 10 mins from Bawley's beaches, the cottage is on an 8 ac farm, with roaming alpacas, geese, peacocks & goats. We have lots of wood for the fire in winter, the outdoor bath is wonderful for stargazing & the (shared) swimming pool heaven on a hot day. We can also provide transport at a competitive fare to & from nearby walking trails, wedding venues & wineries.

Owl Nest

Owl Nest is located next to our home with its own secure contained yard. It is situated on two and a half acres of landscaped gardens. Enjoy a private setting with abundant local wildlife greeting you as you sit back on your private deck enjoying a fresh brewed coffee or drink. I have provided many additional items to enable a pleasant stay and Im happy for you to bring your house trained dog. However I need to know if you bring pets, bring their bedding along. Pet fee, $20 for their stay.

One of the best locations at Malua Bay with unbroken ocean views. Enjoy a stunning stay in spacious comfort and style which can accommodate up to 8 guests. Fabulous location all year round, a 1-2 minute ocean front walk to Garden Bay, a 5 minute walk to the popular Three66 café plus enjoy all that the south coast has to offer. Watch the whales from the front deck as they migrate north in the cooler months, and south with their calves as it starts to warm up towards summer.

Tawillah Milton Luxury Retreat for Couples

Tawillah is an exclusive accommodation for one couple with a king size bed. It has commanding views of Milton countryside and the nearby Budawang Ranges. The space features high quality finishes throughout. The generous bathroom has a stone bath, separate double shower and underfloor heating. Outside there is a large deck with sun lounges, fire pit and outdoor shower. This beautiful accommodation is just 2 minutes drive to Milton town and 5 min to Mollymook beach.

Make some memories at this unique, cosy beach house. Only 200 metres from beautiful Surfside Beach. ShoreBreak is one of the last few authentic 1960s beach houses. Only a short walk from Cullendulla Reserve offering secluded beach, bush and mangrove walks. The yard is completely fenced off and the house is only 300 metres from a Dog Friendly beach, so ideal for dog owners. Surfside is only five minutes drive from shops, cafes and restaurants in Batemans Bay.

The Dans @ Long Beach - Luxury Beach House

The Dans is your ideal coastal getaway - just a 30-second stroll from the pristine sands of Long Beach. Fall asleep to the sound of waves and wake to fresh ocean breezes. Start your day with a walk along the dog-friendly shore, explore scenic coastal trails, or simply relax on the sand. Take a short drive to discover local cafes and amazing food spots. The Stables @ Longsight

The original stables at historic Longsight have been lovingly restored and converted to luxury boutique accommodation. Many of the original features have been preserved such as the exposed wood rafters, weatherboards, iron roof and facade. Even the original saddle racks remain in the bathroom and old framing timber has been repurposed into a beautiful kitchen island. Perfect for couples or families looking for a relaxing country getaway.

This spectacular waterfront home nestled in tranquil Sunshine Bay. Most rooms in the house enjoy the magnificent views of Sunshine Cove, looking across the bay to Long Beach and further out to Pigeon House Mountain. The indoor living area flows out to the expansive entertainment deck, creating an ideal setting for relaxed entertaining. You will enjoy beach access from a walking trail. We don't except bookings for SCHOOLIES or Parties.
