Sunset Beach is quiet and feels worlds away from the hustle and bustle of everyday life! Nat'l Geographic named Sunset Beach as one of the top 21 beaches in the world! Our house is clean, updated, and comfortable with all the modern amenities (wifi, smart TVs). All bedding and bath linens are provided during your stay.

**Updates: We have one king size bed. We also have a new smart tv with apps for guest login or air play. In addition we added a pack n play and changing mat. Newly updated, beautifully furnished golf course condo 5 minutes to the beach. Perfect couples retreat, golf outing or relaxing beach vacation. The unit is a corner unit with wraparound deck, and overlooks a pond and golf course. Oyster Bay, Aberdeen Country Club, and Barefoot Landing are all nearby. We look forward to hosting you!!

There is ample space for boat parking or other recreational toys.

2 bdrm, 2 1/2 bth oceanfront duplex with 3 pools and tennis courts! Bed and Bath linens included! Private driveway for Golf cart rental permitted. Sorry, strict no pet policy. Sat -Sat weekly rentals in summer season. PLEASE NOTE: All three pools are for our guests to use and are maintained thru the HOA and we do not have any control over exactly when they open (Usually April 1st ) or if any of them closes for any reason. No refunds will be given if any of the pools are closed temporarily.

The unit sleeps 4 and has a screened in porch. The unit has a keyless entry for self check-in. Towels and linens are included.
