Waterfront home w dock at 9mm in quiet cove looking up the main channel. Newly updated interior is clean and comfy w modern touches. Location is great if you want to get out and about or just enjoy some peace/quiet. Asphalt access to the start of drive. Home looks down the main channel but inside no wake zone. Dock has swim platform w great sun/quiet water. Boat lift & 2 PWC lifts available $. We also have a canoe and 4 kayaks for rent. Each bdrm has a queen bed & both couches pull out.

KK's Getaway-Franky&Louies Cove-10MM-Entire House

House sits near the water and is decorated with light, fun coastal decor. You'll love having your own private space and dock (no wake cove) combined with the convenience of being close to Franky & Louies, a very fun beachfront restaurant that offers a fun family atmosphere by day and nightlife by night. Looking for privacy, peace and quiet, and a great view? You've found the right home! Is this the best view on the lake? We're biased but it's definitely one of the best for the price! This is not a lake front property but it's elevated above all of the houses in front of it so you will still feel like you are on the lake. In the morning when the sun rises and bounces off the lake it might give you goose bumps. After 3 years of owning this house I still get them.

The Bagnell Dam strip is 20 minutes away and we are very centrally located to most of the lake attractions. It is within the Tan-Tar-A Estates which is adjacent to the Margaritaville Resort. Any stays 28 days or longer will require any guests 18 years old or older to complete a background check, credit score check, and sign a lease agreement. All payments are made through AirBNB.
