The Twisted Mermaid is a beautiful self-contained modern studio set in a lush garden. This new magnificently appointed studio has its own private entrance, private outdoor area as well as onsite parking. Much care has been taken to ensure the studio is equipped with top end appliances and linen. It comprises of a large bathroom, bedroom and an open plan kitchen and lounge. Welcome to The Sunderland, a beach cottage located at the rear of property behind a Quaker barn shed. Located in the Sunderland Bay area on Phillip Island Victoria, home of the world famous Penguin Parade, within 10 minutes walk of Surfies Point Surf beach and 3 km from safe surf beach at Smiths Beach. The cottage built in 2014 is modern, fully self- contained, perfect for couples or a family with off street parking and safe play yard for children. Wheelchair ramp, Highchair & portable cot.

Bathroom and separate toilet. All linen supplied. Close to beach, GP track, Penguin Parade, Nobbies Centre etc. 5 mins drive to Cowes to all shops & restaurants.

Twin Palms offers an easy and relaxed family beach holiday, just pack the car, kids and dog and move straight in to home away from home. It is located 500m from Surfies Point, a perfect beach, with gentle waves for boogie boards, and bigger waves out the back for the more experienced surfers.
