With a cosy loft bedroom in the main house, a romantic wood burning stove, a guest cabin located on the property and an outdoor hot tub, full kitchen surrounded by vaulted redwoods. It has everything to make your forrest retreat perfect. It's close to downtown Guerneville and many beautiful local attractions, nature trails and renown vineyards. It also has a big comfy couch and great Entertainment Center for those rainy days!

Relax with the whole family at this peaceful place to stay on a quiet hilltop. This is a quaint 2 bedroom, 1 bath with a queen bed in one bedroom and bunk (twin over full) in the second bedroom. Relax in the hot tub or in the hammock on the backyard deck with a peaceful nature view or hang inside the cozy abode and make use of the fully-stocked kitchen. we have a limit of 4 overnight guests and 2 vehicles per Sonoma County permit rules. Overlooking a fern grotto and redwood valley, The Perch lets you experience nature up close. Come unwind and luxuriate in nature. Limited cell service. The room INSIDE has a bed, toilet, sink, mini-fridge, microwave, and electric hot water kettle. OUTSIDE a claw foot tub/shower, private deck & outside kitchen with a gas burner stove. Very rural. Our house is located on a hill in a quiet neighborhood just above downtown Guerneville. The house has high ceilings, a full kitchen, a large deck, and a yard lined with enormous olive trees. It is a five minute walk to coffee shops and restaurants and a twenty minute drive to the Sonoma Coast.
