Peaceful area. 3 min. walk to the beginning of Stavanger city center. 7 min. walk to Stavanger Bus station. The house is my home and is rented out when i travel. NOTE that the bed in master bedroom is built-in and custom-made. It measures 140x180cm. May be a problem for those over 180. Both beds have soft mattress toppers, not medium or hard. Due to a very unfortunate incident with a guest without references, I no longer feel comfortable renting to profiles without solid references.

The house is located in Stavanger’s most attractive tourist attraction Old Stavanger. Nobody knows exactly when the original house was built, but a local historian has found the name of owners back to 1736. Today it has a modern bathroom, kitchen and internet to make sure that all your needs are covered.

Stilig og sentral bolig, nær gamle byen i Stavanger sentrum, til leie. Kun 3 min gange til sentrum. Boligen ligger skjermet til, og derav lite støy. Boligen er betydelig påkostet de siste årene. Den framstår som både stilig og urban. Samtidig har man anledning til å nyte frisk luft på balkongen. I have the perfect wood house in Stavanger city center! My house contains a 1st floor with 3 bedrooms and a bathroom, a living room and fully equipped kitchen in the 2nd floor - with 52 inch Sony smart TV/Apple TV/Chrome/Netflix/Wi-Fi/Sonos audio system - and a bigger bathroom in the 3rd floor with bathtube. Suitable for 1-5 persons. 1 minute walk to the Pulpit Rock Ferry and very close to city center with all its facilities.

Familiebolig med parkering og egen uteplass

Slapp av på dette fredelige bostedet på Vaulen. Boligen ligger innerst i blindvei og det er gåavstand til både Vaulen badeplass og Sørmarka. Det finnes flere matbutikker og spisesteder i kort radius. Busstopp ligger 2 minutter unna, og buss til Stavanger og Sandnes går hvert kvarter (busstopp: Lyngnesveien). Parkeringsplass til to biler samt el-billader. Lading av el-bil er inkludert i leien.

Naust ved sjøen på Sokn, Stavanger

Naustet er helt nytt og en del av sjøhusmiljøet mot Soknasundet. Det er brygge med fiskemulighet. Bygg og møbler er laget av den anerkjente arkitekten Espen Surnevik. Dersom dere kommer med båt er det god plass til båten ved brygga. Naustet er en del av Sokn Gard (se fb) som har mange dyr dere kan besøke, og garden har 5 km tursti.
