A fully renovated basement. Modern and updated in a quiet neighbourhood. Fully separated from top unit. Big backyard (shared) WiFi included. Basement space is not shared. Full kitchen and laundry available. I do have a family living above with two small kids. They can be noisy in the morning. You can hear muffled voices and footsteps when they are home. They are a nice family, however it is not always quiet. I also provide ear plugs. In addition there are kids toys all around the backyard.
