One of the best fishing & swimming holes is directly out the front door! ~5 miles to downtown to catch talented folk musicians on the square, head up to the famous Blanchard Springs Caverns & Ozark-St. Francis Forest for hiking/biking, or to Big Flat, AR for our award-winning brewery.

Off-Grid High Noon Cabin

Take it easy at this unique and tranquil getaway. The High Noon Cabin is the 1st of three cabins being built on our beautiful property next to the White River. Everything in this off-grid cabin was hand made using locally resourced lumber and supplies. Enjoy the beautiful scenery throughout the year - sunrise to sunset. Located just 8 miles from the town of Mountain View where you can take part in our many local festivals, listen to music, or just check out the beautiful Ozark Mountains.

Cabin in the woods

My studio cabin is located on 60 acres of woodland about 8 miles from Mountain View. My walking trails will take you to some beautiful rock formations and an occasional glimpse of the mountains. After that long walk you will have two comfy queen beds with great pillows! There is a couch, loveseat and a recliner, books, TV, movies, and a fully equipped kitchen. DISH TV REMOTE- Press power button and then TV button to turn TV on. The remote for the DVD player is in top drawer under tv.

Rest & Relaxation

The Rest & Relaxation cabin is located about two miles from the Ozark Folk Center beyond the entrance off AR HWY 382W off of Hwy 5 at the end of a country road and has convenient access to the Folk Center, downtown Mountain View, and it's on the way to Sylamore and Blanchard Springs. The cabin is very comfortable with two bedrooms (each have a queen size bed) and one bathroom has a bath and there is another bathroom in the hallway. There is also a double size Futon in the living area.

Fiddler’s Inn

Our new, no step property, on nearly 1/4 acre in the Bluegrass Capital of the world, Mountain View, AR, is a 2 bedroom, 1 bath home, including a 1 car garage! The bathroom has a deep soaker tub & no step shower entrance, safe & helpful grab bars, shower wand & teak shower bench makes for a luxurious experience. Well stocked retro style kitchen will be a joy to cook in. Your ‘Mountain View Moment’ will make a lasting memory, so if you want a luxury stay, make sure you rent this getaway!

Meadow Cabin on Sylamore Creek

Nestled in a meadow along Sylamore Creek is this perfect family getaway. Spend your days fishing and splashing in the creek and your evenings gathered around the fire pit. With modern rustic decor and all new furnishings you'll have a cozy and comfortable place to come home to after a day of adventures in the Ozarks. **For our returning guests, please note our occupancy is now 8, as we've transitioned away from the sleeper sofa and added a trundle to the twin daybed in the loft.

Billie’s Bunkhouse~short and long term stays

This cozy retreat offers ample sleeping arrangements including one king bedroom downstairs, two queen beds, and a twin bed in the large loft area with two separate sleeping rooms divided by a hall. There is one bathroom on each floor, a spacious and open floor plan, ROKU TV, wrap-around porch and a great selection of coffees, specialty flavorings and teas with main staples in the kitchen, and laundry facilities. Fire pit and paddle boards are additional amenities provided as well.

Come enjoy the beauty of the Ozarks at the Homestead cabin on the hill. Situated on 5 acres of beautiful ozark countryside. Relax by the fire while you watch a movie on the cabin’s outdoor projection screen. This cabin is not lacking in views either from the stary night sky to the sunset on the mountain you will surely want to take plenty of pictures. Only a 10 minute drive from the town square this cabin will give you a country setting with the convenience of being close to town.

What We Love About This Property:<br>High quality lodge-like interior touches - the reclaimed/repurposed wood throughout is grand. The neighbors. Seriously this is the best neighborhood in our area with warm wonderful full-time residents. This property has wonderful outdoor living spaces with lots of elbow room such as the detached deck, covered parking, and firepit - all with some privacy features. Doggie friendly with kennel provided. <br><br>

Calico Bluff American Cabin

Our cabin sits on a bluff about 60-80 feet above the White River with a beautiful view from back deck! This deck is literally on the edge of the bluff! 180 degree view of river and beautiful pasture across river from cabin. Our cabin is one of three that sit fairly secluded on land with private road. We own the middle cabin & 6.6 acres around and across gravel road from it. Signage alerts public they are trespassing. Very quiet.
