Beautifully converted in 2021 - with slate/wooden floors with underfloor heating, wood-burning stove, bathroom with roll-top bath and walk-in shower, and a separate fully-equipped galley-kitchen. The studio has its own front door, with its own parking space right outside. Ideal for couples, we welcome family pets too.

Smugglers’ Creek, Riverside Cottage, Stoke Gabriel

Smugglers’ Creek is a cosy traditional fisherman’s cottage on the riverside in the lovely village of Stoke Gabriel, South Hams. There is a slipway just outside the cottage where you can launch your dinghy or kayak, and you can also hire a kayak from the quay in summer. Directly opposite the cottage is the fab River Shack Cafe for delicious drinks and meals morning to night (Thurs to Sunday in winter)The village boasts 2 pubs and a restaurant, general store with P.O. and the Dart River Gallery.

The Annexe in Paignton, Devon

The Annexe is a self-contained and spacious double room with en-suite wet room. Located in Paignton, approximately 5 minute drive from the harbour, seafront and town centre. With easy access to the A380 and the neighbouring towns of Torquay and Brixham, as well as Dartmoor and Coastal Walking. The accommodation is step-free access from driveway to room, free parking is on the street. A breakfast selection is provided, including cereals and pastries. Sleeping 6 in 3 double bedrooms there is a large kitchen diner , sitting room with log burner , bathroom with bath and separate shower and a downstairs cloakroom . The enclosed small garden to the rear offers lovely views and the opportunity to star gaze at night . We allow flexible check in and check out times if there are no bookings either side. One dog is welcome for a booking fee of £60.

Parking for 6 vehicles to the front of the property and an Electric car charging point is available and is charged for via an App. Close to golf course and beaches

A stunning open plan spacious 1st floor studio flat, Number 4 is located in the very heart of the beautiful market town of Totnes. Nestled between the High Street, with its unique shops, cafes and pubs and the River Dart. Out the front door and turn right, you will find yourself on the cycle/footpath to Sharpham, in gorgeous countryside with stunning views over the river and to Dartmoor.
