"Serendipity"- Houseboat Getaway

A "Tiny house on the water". Your home-base for exploring Delmarva! Serendipity is a vintage 36ft Holiday Mansion, nestled at Baywater Landing Marina in the stunning salt-water marshes of the Chincoteague Bay. From here, you are 35 minutes from Ocean City, MD, and 45 minutes from Chincoteague Island, VA. Serendipity remains docked, but guests have access to kayaks and paddle boards at no additional charge. Baywater Landing is secluded- some even say "boring"- but we think that's the whole point!

The screened back porch offers an outdoor dining area with shaded mornings and fantastic evening sunsets. We're inside a lovely gated campground community with full amenities @ the Club House: Wi-Fi, pool, fishing n crabbing, boat ramp, laundry, and bath houses. The Bug-a-Boo is a lovely single dwelling home. It is ADA handicap accessible. There's an outdoor fire pit and space for camping. We are 20 miles from Chincoteague National Wildlife Refuge with miles of protected beaches. This is a peaceful place for soul searching & social distancing. We are also 42 mi from Assateague Is. Nat. Seashore.

Private cottage and gardens, comfortable Queen bed, full bath and kitchenette, within walking distance to historic Snow Hill. 30 min. drive to Ocean city and Assateague Island National park. This cottage was once a old school woodworking shop which is now on display at the old iron furnace town museum nearby. This beautiful three hundred year old town sits on the beautiful Pocomoke river with canoe, kayak, and bike rentals. Museums, art galleries, speciality shops, food and entertainment.

Relax at the Shorehouse

Our cozy, rustic, beachy apartment is close to all the area has to offer! We are nestled between Snow Hill and historic Berlin off Rt 113. We are about 15 min from West Ocean City and 12 miles from Assateague. Dining, shopping, and family activites are also nearby including a public boat ramp 5 min away to launch small watercraft and a playground with pavilion across the street. We recently renovated the apartment, and the decor was chosen to make guests feel at home at the Shorehouse!

Egrets Point on the Creek, is a beautiful and peaceful place to relax and plan your Eastern Shore exploration. Whether you are enjoying the fire pit by the creek, or taking a nap in the hammocks, canoeing, walking or exploring historic Onancock, life by the creek is sweet. Chincoteague to the north, Cape Charles to the south. Excitement abounds. Coastal exploration, boating, fishing, fine dining, artisan shops, art galleries, farmers markets and sandy beaches. Farmhouse located just minutes off of Route 13 in Princess Anne, MD. Enjoy a peaceful farm experience while staying in a charming farmhouse with lots of character. You can walk the grounds of the farm, including a trail through the woods, or take a swim in the pool. We do not offer horseback riding lessons but you can interact with the horses. We are minutes to shopping, groceries, restaurants, UMES, and a short ride to Chincoteague (32 miles) and Ocean City (40 miles).

This ground level guesthouse apartment is located 200 feet from our main house is on an over 12 acre partially wooded parcel. Plenty of privacy and room for boat trailer parking.
