Tucked away at the end of a private lane in the hamlet of Small Dole with uninterrupted views across the South Downs National Park, it's a perfect base for exploring the area. We're 30 minutes from Gatwick (parking and transport can be arranged) and Brighton, historic Arundel and glorious Goodwood are all within easy driving distance.

The Loft We’re situated a stones throw from the South Downs Way, approximately half way between Winchester & Eastbourne. Ideal for those who are walking/cycling the SDW. The loft is a bright & comfortable studio. Ideally for 2 adults, but a 3rd adult/child can be catered for, a Z bed is available on request. Jellybean- cutest mini houseboat retreat ever!

'Jellybean' is a lovingly restored 1974 TINY houseboat nestled on the mudflats of an RSPB bird reserve on the West Sussex coast. She is one of the smallest narrowboats in the world- 15ft long and 5ft10” high (PLEASE NOTE THE SIZE ). She has all you need to switch off and relax!. The beach is only a 2 minute walk away, and Shoreham by Sea, Worthing and Brighton are all easily accessible. Jellybean is a safe space for solo guests or couples to escape. Gorgeous modern furnished cabin in Steyning

The cabin is located on a 4 acre plot about 200m from our house with a view of a pond. We are a family with 2 friendly dogs and are there to help if needed but far enough away to give you privacy. Steyning high street is only 1 mile away from the property. Please note - the cabin works for 2 adults,2 children, 4 adults are a squeeze as the sleep sofa is 1.30 m wide. If you would like a birthday decoration as in the photos please let me know- this can be arranged at an extra charge.
