This listing is part of an up / down duplex and as such noise does transfer slightly. We've done our best to mitigate the sound transfer but it is not perfect. Please note parking is tight, you may be assign one parking space or (free) street parking depending on several factors. This space has a very unique view of Massillon's Gothic Revival St Mary's Cathedral and Cemetery. It is one bedroom, but the living room can easily be converted into another bedroom with the inclusion of a murphy bed.

No laundry on site but location/info for both nearest laundromat and next day pick-up laundry service provided on arrival.

This is a downstairs basement apartment. There’s a small casino business on the top floor. There hours are 10 AM to 10 PM. There can be some noise occasionally. Once inside the apartment, there’s one window that looks to the outside breezeway. The breezeway has several windows and a storm door.
