Cozy In and Out - Guest House and Courtyard

This adorable guest house offers a secure and private stay. Includes a full bathroom, king bed, and outdoor eating area. Our home is close to Meridian Village, Settlers Park, and our main highway (I-84). Close proximity to Downtown Boise, rivers, and the airport. You will have a designated parking spot in the driveway and space is available to store bikes, kayaks, etc. A twin air mattress and child pack-n-play available upon request. We do not allow pets, including emotional support animals.

We live in the main house, completely blocked off from your suite. We respect your personal space but will always be available via text/phone to answer your questions.

Small bathroom with direct/private entry & 31” shower is part of main house. Guest must walk outside & under patio cover to access bathroom. Private outdoor sitting area & shared covered patio with sink/disposal (summer), grill & nice yard. Well lit free street parking. Host and his dog “Elvie” live on site.

This is the perfect home for a big group of 10, bring the entire family, friends, or coworkers to enjoy the beautiful area of Star ID. Find time to spend an evening in the backyard surrounding the fire roasting s’mores. Theres a built in kennel to keep a dog or two. If you’re wanting to be indoors we have two TVs with Netflix for binge worthy TV and movies. There are also lots of board and card games. The Primary suit boasts a TO DIE FOR shower. Come and enjoy your stay!

Come for the river view and stay for the relaxation. Our studio is a private, separate guesthouse just a few steps from the south channel of the Boise River. It overlooks the river, has private parking and a private entrance. This studio suite includes a king-size bed, a kitchenette, and a private outdoor patio on the river. The kitchenette includes a range, dishwasher, refrigerator, a portable washing machine, and dryer.

Nampa Private Loft with Garage

A private loft located in Nampa, Idaho near the Ford Idaho Center. This location has a private driveway with garage. One room (upstairs) with bathroom (downstairs). Only 5 minutes from I-84. Located in the country, this is the perfect spot to unwind after catching a concert at the Idaho Center or after a long day of traveling! There is a refrigerator, microwave and TV with local channels available for use.

Starry Night Farm Cottage

Book your stay at this original 1800's homestead. Now updated and remodeled into a guest house, this studio is complete with a queen-size bed, shower, toilet, and mini fridge/freezer to help you explore Idaho's Treasure Valley! Whether you're here to visit BSU, NNU, hike, bike, swim, or hit the slopes of Bogus Basin, our cottage will provide you the perfect resting spot in-between it all!

There are 3 horses on property within fenced area. Owners are available anytime and are close by. House is a one bedroom, one bath fully stocked for a comfortable stay, lots of parking.
