Walk the many local footpaths or wander down the track to our local pub, The Farmers Arms.

Perry's Roost, Little Catley Farm

Tastefully converted hop kiln in idyllic rural setting surrounded by unspoilt 'Hamnet set' countryside, with black and white properties. Perry's Roost is a perfect base for exploring this beautiful area, with easily accessible walks and picturesque local towns. Catley is a walkers/cyclists paradise, multiple footpaths and quiet lanes in all directions from the door . Well behaved dogs very welcome but restricted to ground floor. Bedroom sleeps 2, in either a super king bed or twin singles.

The unique Tin Shed has been designed using sustainable and recycled materials, featuring original art from local artists and filled with natural light. It is lined with wood creating a warm and natural ambiance and it also has a wood burner. A compact, well equipped kitchen, living space, ground floor bathroom with power shower and WC. Upstairs is a generous bedroom with Super king or twin beds, and beautiful views of rolling countryside from a picture window. Outside is a patio and fire pit.

We are only 1.5 hours from Birmingham and Bristol airports and 2 3/4 hours drive from London Heathrow.

Tom's Hut

Get away from it all in a cosy shepherd’s hut amongst trees in a beautiful rural location. Tom's Hut has a comfortable double bed, storage below and a compact kitchen unit with double gas hob, sink and fridge, pots, pans crockery and cutlery. Keep warm with a wood-burner and fire wood provided, or underfloor heating. Outside, there is a table for al-fresco dining. A newly built, heated shower room is close to the hut. Just 3 miles from Newent and various pubs. Please note there is no WiFi.
