We created a self catering studio apartment from our hay loft during the lockdown of 2020. In the heart of the Welland Valley in Leicestershire there are are wonderful views up the hill to Nevill Holt (home of the Nevill Holt Opera Festival) and from the sofa you will be able to watch the sun setting behind the hill. The Snug

The Snug is our bright and comfortable studio apartment situated above our garage in the beautiful village of Brigstock. The studio is separate from our property, you will have a key and can come and go as you please. The Snug is set in a cul-de-sac and is in a quiet location with privacy and parking. The property has a well equipped modern kitchen and bathroom and a comfortable King sized bed. Sheets and towels are provided along with tea and coffee making facilities, TV & Wi-Fi.

The cottage is set back from the road and is now trendy and contemporary but retains its character and charm with original fireplaces and exposed beams This cottage boasts a large front garden which has been landscaped with a raised deck, large lawn and flower beds.
