A Great Vacation Rental, centrally located on St. Simons Island in the Sea Palms community next to the Sea Palms Golf Resort. This is a 2 bedroom, with a King in one and queen in the other , 2 bath, washer-dryer, kitchen and living space combo and has a nice little sitting room that has a perfect view of the marsh. The condo backs up to the marsh, has a large deck that faces east, and makes it enjoyable to watch the beautiful sunrises we have . Quiet and peaceful makes it a great getaway spot !

It has one bedroom that can only be accessed up a spiral staircase, kitchenette and private bath. Start your island adventure with beach bikes, beach chairs, wagon & umbrella all included! Tiny Turtle was designed to have an interior similar to a light house quarters! It truly is a special little place.

Walk to the beach, ride bikes, sight see historic sites, golf, shop, dine out at a wonderful selection of great restaurants. Only takes 3-5 minutes to walk to the beach. Public access at 3rd or 5th streets. Between the Pier/Village/Neptune Park and the King & Prince/restaurants where all the action is and you can walk or ride bikes to. Great location!

Great for a couples getaway. Located on a lovely lagoon, you will enjoy a very peaceful setting shared with nature. Two decks overhang the water for turtle and fish viewing. Recently purchased and renovated with many new furnishings, floors, and appliances in a soft setting of sea foam, indigo blues, driftwoods, and grays. 55" Smart TV with full service Xfinity and Netflix along with free internet. There is another TV in the bedroom along with a very comfy chaise.

St Simons Townhouse Close to Beach and Village

This townhome is less than a mile to Coast Guard beach access and close to The Village area with shops and restaurants. Both bedrooms have a queen and a full bed. The kitchen is well stocked with a dining area with seating for six. Private back patio with seating. Please note there is not a washer/dryer within the condominium but there is a coin laundry facility on property. Community pool on the property is opened seasonally. Please inquiry for pet policy.

Our little beach cottage is completely enclosed with a privacy fence for your pet to run free. It also features a porch for outside dining with a grill and an outdoor shower.
