Located behind our house and a block’s walk to over 13 miles of paved bike paths along the beautiful Willamette River, this charming, exquisitely remodeled country cottage, has a classy rustic vibe. Just a 5 min. walk to Toxic Burger, Countryside Pizza, Twin Dragon and a bicycle rental shop, 5 min. drive to a couple local breweries/eateries & just a short drive to downtown and UO. Private & quiet with A/C. An Airbnb favorite! :-) Note: Rates vary based on demand. Summer/winter rates differ.

Hayward Cottage

Non-smoking cottage two blocks to the University of Oregon and Hayward Field; our location is perfect for visiting your student, attending a Ducks game, or business travel. We are located in a family-friendly neighborhood where everything you need is within walking distance. There is off street parking with Ring security. The cottage is attached to a family house and there will be normal family noise and a woofing dog now and then. Looking for resilient, self-reliant, low maintenance renters.

Our guest ADU is a cozy, private studio (12' x 20'), with lots of natural light, 2 skylights, garden view, and attached patio/deck. Includes free Level-2 EV charger usage. Quiet, heated, a/c, lots of amenities, incl. wifi, cableTV, coffee, mini-fridge, & micro-wave. Close to Lane Event Center, and minutes away from Downtown and U of O Campus. Walking distance to neighborhood restaurants & grocery/shopping . Good space for couples, business/stop-over travelers and solo adventurers.

Situated in a large grassy yard, the house features a fully equipped kitchenette, vaulted ceiling and roomy bathroom. Set up studio-style, the two comfortable queen beds can be curtained off from main living area for privacy. Small pets welcome by prior arrangement. The garage guest house sits on 3 wooded acres w/ south views to Creswell and winter views of the Three Sisters to the east. Built in 2020, the studio features a large walk-in shower, full kitchen, and laundry amenities. Sleeps 6 (King, double sleeper sofa, and two twins) Parking for multiple cars if needed. Unwind in a peaceful, natural Oregon setting, we look forward to hosting you.

An additional queen size cabinet bed is in the living room area and can be used upon request. Off-street parking. NO SMOKING OR VAPING PLEASE.

Just a few minutes from either downtown Eugene or Springfield. We are also located close to Hendricks Park, a beautiful rhododendron & native plant garden. Supermarket, many great restaurants & easy access to I-5 all very close by. Spanish, French & English are spoken. All are welcome here!

We do provide a sound machine if that helps you sleeping. ✨ there is one step to get into the front door and one step to enter the bathroom.

This private bungalow combines the best of the Eug-Spr metro's nature and city scene. Peaceful and centrally-located, you have the place all to yourself and can stay via entry code for easy access day or night. It's a one-bedroom, one-bath with a comfy living room and fully equipped kitchen suited for longer stays or just those who love to cook. Sleeping options include a queen memory foam mattress, heavy duty airbed, or the outdoor tent cot (available upon request).
