The guest house is a cozy, modern place perfect for a couple's stay in Spokane. In 2016, we gutted and rebuilt the 550 sq. ft. guest house and insulated it so it is very quiet inside. Kitchen is fully equipped. The kitchen is well equipped to make you feel right at home. It is just minutes away from River Front Park, Spokane's New sporting arena, restaurants and more! There is a shop to secure your vehicles, and a fully fenced yard with a 6 foot fence to keep your babies and fur babies corralled. Enjoy your stay!
