Minutes to Riverwalk, Kelly's Beach, downtown Prescott and Scuba park. Beautiful 180' tree top views of St. Lawrence River and surrounding area from focal point: “The Look-Out” windows. Freshly painted and refurbished with new Queen in primary and Double bed in 2nd bdrm. Equipped kitchen (no dw), 4 seat dining room, den with 40' smart tv. Please see photos.

Firepit for evening enjoyment. Relax and enjoy the abundant resident water fowl and spectacular sunsets. I am unable to accommodate pets.

Welcome our Countryside Retreat! Our property is located in the heart of the countryside, on a quiet road that shares other farms and ranches. Enjoy the modern finishes of this newly built home, including a beautiful fire pit, hot tub, high-speed internet & a full entertainment centre! Located just minutes off of Hwy 401 & 416, close by to multiple boat launches at the St. Lawrence River, ATV & Snowmobile trails, Boutique Restaurants & Cafes, and everything else nature has to offer!

2 Bedroom Vintage Suite (mid-term available)

The 2 bedroom apartment is located on the 2nd floor and can accommodate 4 guests. The suite is in the Mechanic Block and dates back to 1874. The apartment was restored while keeping the historical integrity in check. With vintage sink, clawfoot tub and 7' interior walls (not reaching ceiling as shown on photos) There is private parking and separate entrance. You get the entire apartment. The main level of this historical commercial building is operated by the building owner.
