There are two large bedrooms, one twin and a double, a third bedroom is situated off the double and can be utilised as a single bedroom/cot room or simply a dressing room.

The village and the area around is great for dog walking but close enough for day trips to beach Sandringham estate is near by. Also near are the towns of Lincoln, and Stamford.. The house is a good base for all these visits to the South Lincolnshre Area The House is self-contained with plenty of facilities.
