The Love Shack- 1 Bedroom Retreat

This cozy, rustic cottage is perfect for settling in, relaxing, fishing, swimming, and reading a book. Yes, you can do all of that simultaneously. Shallow, warm water awaits you at this simple oasis. Relax under the large covered deck on a hanging swing or soak in the sun on the lower deck. Inside there is one bedroom with a double bed with storage under. The kitchen, living room with futon, and dining room are convenient areas. A pint of Knapp's Sapp Shack syrup is provided upon arrival.

Goudy Pond offers a place to get away from it all. Located in CNY, our cabins offer an oasis from the demands of modern life. Its ranquil natural beauty provides a place to relax and recharge. Goudy Pond is a 22 acre private lake fed by natural springs and surrounded by wilderness and acres of a wetlands teaming with wildlife. Kayaks, canoes, a paddle boat are provided.Enjoy swimming, hiking, fishing. No electricity, however there are flush toilets, hot shower, propane for lights and cooking.

The Boathouse

The views are surreal! With over a 200 degree view, sitting on the couch seems like sitting over the top of the water. Located on a small protected bay, also home to two yacht clubs, you'll see boaters of all kinds. The fishing is fabulous right from the dock. Located on a quiet private road, you'll be walking distance a from restaurants, an ice cream shop, shopping, banking, the local library, and even a small winery! Welcome to Littlefield Lake House! This is one of two houses on this property (closer to the beach) with direct beach access to beautiful Lake Ontario. The sandy beach is perfect for lounging and building sand castles. This house can be rented on its' own or with the other house (see other listings on my profile). Nightly rates are increased for less than one week bookings and vary, please message for details on pricing. We provide discounted rates for bookings greater than 1.5 weeks.
