This schoolhouse is the smallest one of two on the property. Country living extends to the outdoors on the private patio. Wrap yourself up in one of our vintage handmade quilts, breathe in the fresh country air and enjoy unobstructed views of neighbouring fields. Saskatchewan is touted as the “Land of Living Skies’, and there’s no better place to see the most amazing sunsets, stars and Northern Lights. Have some adventures, or just relax, at this unique cabin retreat. Located in Alberta’s beautiful Foothills bordering on to famous Kananaskis country. Hike (or snow shoe) on or off property with miles of marked trails. Stay in this authentic log cabin attached, but private from, the main home on the ranch. Pre arranged horse accommodation available if you want a bed and bail experience with your horse (Contact for details) at an additional cost. Winter visits only possible with a 4x4 vehicle

The Gnome Dome

For the ultimate in privacy and freedom this dome in an urban backyard has no equal. The Gnome Dome has (almost) all the features of a hotel room with none of the noise. The bed is suitable for one person only (1 meter wide) The backyard is an oasis where you can enjoy a morning coffee or a quiet evening drink. Raven’s Nest Cabin-tucked away in the trees

Totally disconnect at the Raven’s Nest a back to basics rustic tiny cabin tucked away in the trees. The cabin is close to the main residence but completely private with a private gated entrance and free parking a short walk to the cabin. The cabin is heated by a small wood stove and an oil heater, has a small kitchen area and a loft with a queen bed. Please note there is no running water and the bathroom is an outhouse a short walk away. There is no cell service or wifi at the cabin.

Start your day with a homemade breakfast delivered to your door or prepared at your leisure with ingredients provided. Spend your day exploring the famous Rocky Mountains or walking to Cochrane's historic downtown, then snuggle up by the fireplace or bask on the garden-side patio at this exceptionally-crafted, intimate oasis. The tiny house is situated in our large backyard and has been designed for everyone's privacy, including your own sidewalk that connects you to your parking.

The master bedroom with ensuite is situated on the upper level with a peaceful forest view. The ground floor level offers a sofa bed in a large family room with adjacent shower and bathroom. Guests may also enjoy the small shack with single bed, on top of the hill, offering unobstructed mountain views. Hiking trails and horseback riding nearby.
