All 2,800 sq. ft of my home is at your disposal and 2 minutes from popular restaurants and diners. Your Host lives in the attached Artist Studio with its own access and parking. Clean, bright studio apartment in the charming village of Old Wethersfield. Stroll to cafes, village green, historic homes and museums. Minutes from I-91 with easy commuting access to downtown Hartford, business and tourist sites, universities, and Hartford Hospital/CCMC. The studio is an in-law suite above our garage. It is attached to our home but has its own keyed entrance. It has a full kitchen, bathroom with shower over tub, closet, queen-sized bed, kitchen table/chairs, and workspace.

Located about 1 hour from NYC you will find peace and serenity in the middle of nature on this 4 acre estate (that also contains our main home) where you can get away from it all. unwind this way or visit local attractions like Thunder Ridge Ski Mountain, snowshoe/ X Country skiing, hike/bike/running trails, restaurants and local cafe's. Great oasis to kick back and spend time with family.

The Cove Cabin

An original Candlewood style cabin. The house has been updated to offer all modern comforts. It features a large fireplace in the living room, porch over looking the lake, central heat and air conditioning and a fully equipped cook's kitchen. It is on the northern most part of Candlewood Lake with direct, private water access from the shore or the dock. A foam lily pad, two SUP, and two inflatable two person kayaks are available for use from May 1 to November 1..

Welcome to The Cottage at Cedar Spring Farm located on a 16 acre working Christmas tree farm bordered by 155 acres of protected land trust with marked hiking trails. The holidays are right around the corner. Holiday reservations have date restrictions. Please inquire about availability.
