The rooms include a separate kitchen, wetroom, double bedroom, and a dining room/2nd bedroom. The rooms are downstairs and accessed through the main house. There is off street parking, and secure bike accommodation. Beautiful rural location by River Sow and Two Saints way, just 2 miles from town centre and train station and minutes from the Staffordshire showground.

The room can be setup as a twin or a large double. It also has a small fridge, with freezer compartment.

Friendly Farm Stay Accommodation in an AONB

Pot House Farm is an eleven acre working small holding. We are situated on Catherton Common in an AONB in the Shropshire Hills. The apartment is located in the centre of the farm with a private entrance and a separate patio and garden area overlooking fields and is attached to the old farm house. The accommodation is disabled friendly. We are ideally placed to explore the Shropshire Hills on foot, horse or by cycling. Ludlow is 8 miles away and spectacular views from Clee Hill are close by.

Haybridge Cottage annexe is set in the hamlet of Haybridge in the beautiful Shropshire countryside . Although our postal address is Kidderminster we are about 30 minutes drive from there. The small town of Cleobury Mortimer is just 5 minutes away whilst the lovely riverside town of Tenbury Wells is a 10 minute drive. Historic Ludlow lies 12 miles away, a glorious trip over Clee Hill with stunning views. The annexe has its own private garden and terrace with wonderful views in every direction.

Situated in a rural part of Solihull lies the small but idyllic village of Barston. 10 minute drive to both Solihull Town Centre & NEC/Birmingham Airport & Birmingham International train station. Numerous walking routes, National Trust & historic points of interest in close proximity. The Boat House is a self contained annex, complete with entrance hall, en-suite bathroom, upstairs bedroom & sitting area. Airport shuttle & on site parking available. Space for cot. An annex to the main farmhouse the loft is only accessed by you and not shared with the farmhouse or other guests. A private entrance takes you into the kitchen with a cloakroom area. Upstairs is your large bedroom with super kingsize bed, and smart tv Your bathroom is accessed from the small landing at the top of the stairs. With shower over bath and complimentary Neals Yard toiletries.

Finished to the highest standards with a bright contemporary feel it offers an en suite shower room, kitchenette,on site parking and access to our large garden and patio area. A good range of local shops pubs and cafes can be found a mile away in Codsall. Country house wedding venue PENDRELL HALL is almost on our doorstep and world renowned David Austin Rose's and Cosford Aerospace Museum are both just 4 miles away.

Cosy Modern Annex nestled in the Ironbridge Gorge

The Barn at Lees Farm is Nestled in the centre of the UNESCO World Heritage Site - The Ironbridge Gorge. This rural retreat offers annex accommodation attached to a the barn dating from 1830. Ironbridge is a 35 minute walk away and there are pubs close by but I would suggest Summer walking distance or a lunchtime visit if walking. It is very peaceful and relaxing. There is an added payable wood fired hot tub option available on request. We are dog friendly, please add your dog to booking
