Maple Cottage is a brand new accommodation in the village of Ludborough. Set in the heart of the village, with The Livesey Arms Pub located next door, serving seasonal produce. The Cottage has its own private outdoor seating & dining area, with access to a hot/cold dog wash tap. Located up a short flight of stairs, you will be welcomed with a stunning one bed, with dressing room, a sofa bed in the lounge area, shower room, fully fitted kitchen and dining area and underfloor heating throughout.

Escape to The Annex, a tranquil countryside retreat designed for relaxation. Enjoy stunning, uninterrupted views over open fields in this cosy bungalow. The cottage features a bright, open-plan living space with a fully equipped kitchen and a lounge centered around a large Smart TV. While perfect for two adults sharing a king-size bed, we also offer a separate sofa bed (linen available for a small fee). Best of all? Your furry friends are more than welcome we happily host up to three pets!

The site is set on a paddock behind the pub. There are coded modern bathrooms just for the guests, and a BBQ zone. Drop into the pub for evening meals and drinks! Breakfast basket is included for the first morning, and is £18 for a basket for 2 each additional morning. Optional extra: Prosecco on arrival £25

Erndale Mews

Erndale Mews is a unique cottage on the edge of the Lincolnshire Wolds, an Area of Outstanding Natural Beauty (AONB). Located in a quiet village, four miles from the historic market town of Louth and 10 miles from the nearest beach. It has its own entrance and a secret courtyard garden; a well-equipped kitchen, with a full range of appliances; a downstairs bathroom with a walk-in shower; a cosy living room with a woodburning stove and space for dining. A king- and a twin-bedroom are upstairs.

Ivy cottage, at The Elms. Marshchapel, Lincs

Ivy Cottage is a one bed detached cottage set in the grounds of the owners main property. Located in the historic village of Marshchapel in N. E. Lincolnshire, it is a 10 minute drive to the seaside town of Cleethorpes and the Lincolnshire wolds and the market town of Louth. The bungalow is newly decorated with new bathroom, kitchen, furniture and carpets. It features a private patio with seating and secure private gated car parking. WiFi, TV, complementary tea, coffee and snacks.

Coastguard Cottage Retreat on Lincolnshire Coast

No. 3 Coastguard Cottage Sleeps 2 adults in a Double Bed with the option of a single and additional pull out bed in an adjoining room for additional guests/children on request. It is a mid terrace, stunning character cottage in the village of Saltfleet, overlooking Haven Bank which leads out to Sea. The cottage has recently been refurbished to a high standard with an open fire, lawned garden to the front and closed courtyard to the back. Ideal for a romantic break with your dogs.

‘Little Barn’ at Spring Farm

Great Carlton is approximately a 15 min drive to the market town of Louth and within 20 mins of the coast. The area is rural with plenty of walks and cycle routes to enjoy. There is a local Co-op shop 2 miles away which is open until 10 pm. There is a village hall and a country church within Great Carlton but generally it is nice and quiet. The accommodation is set within a lovely cutting flower garden and above my flower workshop and I am very happy for you to enjoy the garden.

The open-plan lounge and dining space are perfect for relaxing after a day out, while the fully equipped kitchen with dishwasher makes dining in easy. Guests love the cosy bedrooms, modern bathroom, and the convenience of a clearly marked private parking space, with a garage available on request. Close to Louth's markets, pubs and shops, with the Wolds and Cadwell Park just minutes away.
