This location is perfect for those visiting the area, with easy access to San Francisco and Oakland via convenient bus access just a short walk away. The waterfront, restaurants, and USS Hornet are a short distance from our home. Our patio is a great spot to relax and enjoy the sunshine. We are dedicated to making your stay comfortable. Fully-equipped studio apartment in Alameda victorian home. Spacious, with modern amenities (WiFi, Netflix), free coffee and tea, queen-size bed, and big yard, shared with the main house. Separate entrance through the backyard. Young kids live in the upstairs house part-time (see “other notes”) and can be loud until 9:30pm. We’re a dog-friendly space and love hosting pups (maximum of 2, house trained)! Please note that we’re not able to accommodate cats at this time. Lab lives in property.

This century-old water tower in our backyard supplied water to beach cottages on our street. It's been renovated into a tiny home, mostly using reused or upcycled materials. We're happy to share it with guests looking for a quiet & unique place to stay in the Bay Area. It has its own entrance, private courtyard and is located one block from the beach, pinball museum, transit, farmers market, coffee shops & restaurants. You’ll love it because it's quaint and conveniently located.

Beautiful Beach Side Suite

Modern In-law suite close to shopping, restaurants short walk to the beach. Local transportation and minutes to the Oakland Airport.. I live upstairs, I’m available via text. Please let me know if there’s anything I can do to make your stay exceptional. Because I occupy the top two floors of the house, it’s a possibility that you may hear “life” happening upstairs from the suite. No children just a big fluffy dog that behaves like a cat. It’s a fairly quiet house.
