Exclusive use of a private 3-acre glamping site with a fully equipped party barn which has a large kitchen, shower room, and spacious indoor dining/lounge and bar area. Each Emperor tent sleeps 4 made up of a double and 2 singles (8 in total) and from September the tents have stoves fitted to keep you warm at night. There is also the option to bring one additional tent for 4 people. Outdoors, enjoy croquet, rounders, badminton, netball, and boules. There is a fire pit and BBQ. Dogs very welcome

Safari Tent Set Next To A Historic Steam Railway

Our tents have an open plan layout with plush furnishings including a king size bed, wood burning stove, which doubles up as an oven, and a sofa bed. The internal space measures 4 x 5.4 metres and is erected on raised wooden platforms which insulate the tents from the ground. To the front of the tent is the veranda with a barbeque, gas hob, fridge, ice tray and food preparation area. The outdoor seating is perfect for al fresco dining (the washing up area is also close by). Plates etc provided.

Enjoy nature in this romantic setting in either our bell tent or emperor tent with lots of home comforts. There's fresh water on tap and homemade compost toilets. Get to meet our goats and chickens. We're far enough into the countryside to unwind and quietly observe the deer and wild birds, but close enough to Crawley to not feel too isolated. Gatwick is a short distance away if you want to stay just before or after a holiday, eliminating the worry of traffic and rushing to/from the airport.

Come and stay in our LandPod on Sindles Farm. Sleeping 2 adults & up to 2 children on a super comfortable double bed and quirky bunk bed. It’s a picnic, sleepover, wild adventure kinda pod. Flip open the waterproof cover to bring all the open air fun of a convertible car to a pop up glamping experience. At the heart of this hidden woodland camp is a generous outdoor kitchen and dining space. Bake pizzas, cook over charcoal and gather around the long table beneath the parachute. Hear the trees sigh, the chiffchaff’s warble and the trains steaming past. Sleep in the spacious, luxe pump-up tent or suspended in the canopy in our two flying tents on the pitch Wake to birdsong. Brew coffee beneath the canopy. Loaf in a hammock. Wander to the woodland shower before doing it all again.

Tibbs Farm: The Russet Retreat

Tibbs Farm, one of three 5m Bell tents set within the heart of our working farm in our old apple orchard. Our picturesque farm to fork cafe is a 10 minute walk from the tents, with hearty breakfasts, tasty lunches, good coffee and homemade cakes waiting. With mains drinking water, private off grid WC and a rustic heated outside shower block. Please note towels are not provided. Our tents are available during the summer period. Please note: We are a working farm with livestock.

Four Top

The Four Top is a welcoming 6 meter bell tent which includes two double beds complete with duvet, pillows and linen for that home from home feel in the great outdoors. It also features a private fire pit and seating area. The Four Top has access to a shared outdoor kitchenette with additional seating and is exclusively for glampers. There is a shared glampers toilet and new to 2025 a shared shower incl! Light and power bank available with a small fee and returnable deposit.
