Mulberry Cabin is conveniently located halfway between Charleston and the capital city of Columbia in Rowesville, SC. Please note the cabin is located in a small town, not in the country. Rowesville is 11 minutes from the beautiful Edisto Memorial Gardens in Orangeburg. Orangeburg has many restaurants, Wal-Mart, and a Starbucks near I-26. Columbia is about an hour away. Charleston is about 75 minutes away. Enjoy a break from Wi-Fi as you watch a DVD and relax in a 130 year old rustic cabin.

The Boathouse

We call it the Boathouse, but it could just as easily be called the treehouse. It sits just feet from a tidal creek amidst giant live oak trees. A short dock is right outside the door, so bring your kayaks or other small craft. Although cozy, it offers everything a simple cottage should. Shem Creek is minutes away, as are the beaches. This charming & private studio cottage is located in Spartanburg's downtown historic district Hampton Heights. Guests will find a comfortable queen size bed w/(medium) memory foam mattress, full bathroom, closet, & complete kitchen amenities. Located less than a mile from restaurants, bars, m-league ball park & shops of Downtown Spartanburg, and close to Converse Univ., VCOM & Wofford College, this cozy studio cottage is the perfect place to rest your head after a busy day visiting the Upstate.

This property lets you unplug from the world, relax, and connect with nature without giving up modern conveniences.

The cottage has a front porch with 2 chairs, a 2 person hammock, grill, and a fire pit (wood is provided) with three lawn chairs. There’s a queen bed and also a CordaRoy beanbag (*bed #2) that opens up to a soft bed that sleeps 1 adult or two children.
