The community park surrounding the apartment building keeps the apartment at 50m distance to the next street, thus making it a centrally located but quiet place. During your stay here, you can take advantage of Vila Olimpica´s unique setting and location. It has a renovated marina, a 12km large promenade and a wide range of bars and good restaurants It is a young neighborhood and became one of the favorite areas to live in Barcelona, due to its parks, its convenient access to several beaches, the design apartments and the port. We highly recommend this area as it is very quiet, safe and familiar The bus stop and the Turistic bus stop are just in front of the building, and you are just 2 minutes walk from the nearest Metro Station, Cuitadella (L4) -City tax is not included on the price. You have to pay it cash or credit card at the check in: 2.48€/person/night. Kids under 12 years old do not pay. -Check-in time is at 15:00hs but we always try to adapt to our guests if we don't have another group of people checking-out the same day. One of us will be waiting for you in the flat at the time previously agreed to give you the keys and help you with anything you may need. Don't miss out on staying at one of only six unique 'El Alma de Las Ramblas' flats, all of which are located in a recently renovated historical 19th century building. We are three friends who decided to embark on this project to refurbished 6 apartments in a same building located right off of arguably Barcelona´s most famous street: Las Ramblas. It was important to us to turn these apartments into cozy and functional living spaces for our guests. We chose the new beds, beddings, sofas, dining tables and chairs, lamps, kitchenware and small appliances with great care and consideration. We believe we were successful in creating an pleasant space in each of the flats- and we hope you will also agree after having spent time there. The entire studio is for the guests to use. We respect the privacy of our guests and yet also would be available to provide any assistance possible that would make our guests´ stay a confortable and an enjoyable one. The apartment is at the epicenter of Barcelona, just off the beginning of iconic Las Ramblas, which is known for its myriad of activities. Join the crowds who have come to stroll, shop, and dine along the city's most dynamic street.
