It is a .6 mile walk from the beach. It is approx. 650 SF including a living room with sofa bed, private bedroom with queen size bed, and bathroom. The back of our home has 1 acre of Sangiovese grape that is harvested in October. The 1 bedroom apartment is attached to our home. It has a parking on our driveway, private entrance, living room, kitchen, bathroom/shower and a bedroom and full size bed.

Quick walk to world famous “the Spot” burgers but really, it’s all about the beach, it’s like so close! Walking trails in the wetlands are close too, the kids love exploring there. Carp’s got some cool restaurants too, our favorite is Teddy’s by the Sea. Partly because our dog is named Teddy but food’s pretty good too!
