Die mit Liebe frisch renovierte Altbauwohnung ist das ehemalige Jagdzimmer des Anwesens. Neben altem Schiffsparkett schmückt eine Stuckdecke den großen, hellen Wohnraum mit Schlafsofa und Esstisch. Zur Wohnung gehört eine eigene Terrasse und ein großer Parkplatz ist auch direkt vor der Türe. Bis in die Aachener Innenstadt benötigt man 10 Min. mit dem Auto. ( Belgien 20 Min., Holland 10 Min.) Herzstück

Fühlt euch wohl in einer stilvoll renovierten, ruhigen und klimatisierten Altbauwohnung im Herzen von Würselen. Ihr findet Cafés und Geschäfte in unmittelbarer Nähe, fußläufig erreichbar. Die nächste Bushaltestelle Richtung Aachen ist 20 m entfernt. Busverbindungen zum CHIO sind fußläufig in ca. 10 Min. zu erreichen. Im Gebäude befindet sich eine Weinhandlung und eine exklusive Weinbar mit Bistro-Küche die von Donnerstags bis Samstags ab 19.00 geöffnet ist. E-Auto Ladesäule vor dem Haus.

Dieses gemütlich eingerichtete Apartment ist 10km von der Aachener Innenstadt entfernt , liegt in Kohlscheid, einer verkehrsberuhigten Straße mit kostenfreien Parkplätzen. In etwa 11 km Entfernung befinden sich der Aachener Hauptbahnhof/Rathaus/Markt/Dom/RWTH Aachen/Casino Eurogress. Zum Campus Melaten und zum Uniklinikum RWTH Aachen sind es ca 8km. Das Aachener Reitstadion CHIO ist auch nicht weit entfernt . Kohlscheid hat eine eigene, kleine Bahnstation , sie ist fussläufig erreichbar.
