The house is 5 minutes from Lookout Mountain attractions, downtown, TVA (Raccoon Mtn.), hiking, biking trails, and boat ramp. Newly remodeled and furnished with most everything you might need! Nestled deep in the woods and surrounded by trees and birdsong, this peaceful retreat is the perfect escape from everyday life—yet only 35 minutes from downtown Chattanooga. This private, romantic house is the perfect getaway for couples. Constructed in 2017, this two story house is set in the backdrop of the Tennessee River gorge. Oversized glass windows on both floors provide breathtaking view of the river and surrounding mountains. Just 15 minutes from downtown Chattanooga and five minutes from kayak and stand up paddle boarding rentals as well as hiking trails. Please only those 21 and up. Please note the house is up in a hill, the driveway is steep.

The house has easy access, just 1 min to high way ( I-75 ) on last exit 353 between Georgia and Tennessee line. Is located just 15 min from downtown Chattanooga, Hamilton mall (8 min), Chattanooga Airport (11 min) and many touristic places. We are a family of 4 including 2 medium dogs. We are pet friendly!
