Grand Strand Mall, Cal Ripken baseball complex, Market Commons (softball), Broadway at the Beach, Golf, 10 minutes from the airport,12-15 minutes from the beaches ( outlets ) No nightlife or parking problems. Renters must be a minimum of 25 years old

Violation is a $250 fine by the HOA paid by the guest. 10 minutes from airport. Breed restrictions. $150 fee per dog. Up to 2 dogs. NO CATS! NO LOUD MUSIC!

If your looking to hit the beach, it is just a 15 minute drive. This is a great spot for a family vacation or golf getaway.
