This converted space has a small kitchenette, double size bunk bed with single bed above, small table & chairs, ensuite, lounge and a ski/snowboard rack. Property is ideal for 2 adults & 1 child or 3 friends. Only 35-40 minutes drive to both Thredbo or Perisher and located right on Lake Jindabyne with access to mountain biking & walking tracks.

The Shed

Escape to our cozy shed, just 10 minutes from Jindabyne, set on a spacious property with no close neighbours - just our friendly family of 5 living next door. Surrounded by nature, this retreat offers the perfect mix of privacy, tranquility, and convenience. Wake up to fresh mountain air, explore nearby trails, or simply unwind in the peaceful surroundings. Whether you're here for adventure or relaxation, The Shed provides a comfortable, quiet escape while keeping you close to town.

Alinga Abode, large cozy studio with lake views

Our spacious studio guesthouse in Tyrolean Village is only 7kms south of Jindabyne & 30 minutes from the ski fields. It has amazing views, off street parking, a gorgeous bathroom and good storage. It has a queen bed, large TV with streaming services, lots of DVDs, books and free wifi. All linen is supplied. It is only a short walk to the lake and stunning bush- tracks. Also on the site is a Swedish Cedar Sauna available to RENT to soothe those muscles after a hard day of exercise.

Beautiful Alpine Studio - four seasons

Self contained Studio set in the gardens and five acre grounds of a private Alpine Estate. Hydronic underfloor heating, air conditioner, full Laundry and Drying room, TV/Blueray, Netflix - YouTube - Stan, Free Wifi, full Kitchen with dishwasher, King size bed. Twenty minutes to Thredbo. Just ten minutes to the Ski Tube. Winter or summer direct access to the Alpine Way with no queuing through Jindabyne. Please note we are unable to charge EV or HPEV vehicles at our property.

Mountain Bliss

Set on a rural property, at an altitude of 1100m, with expansive views of Lake Jindabyne and the Snowy Mountains, all three arms to the snowy river and 3 mountain ranges can be viewed from this recently rennovated duplexed guesthouse. The sunsets are spectacular, the moon and the cloud formations are forever changing and no evening is ever the same. The property is home to an eclectic array of friendly and domestic fur and feathered friends.

If you're seeking peace and quiet but don't want to be too far from amenities and services, The Shed is the perfect choice for families or small groups. Ten minutes from Cooma, 45 minutes from Jindabyne and just over an hour from Canberra, The Shed offers a rustic, cozy stay with lovely valley views. Pets welcome provided dogs are kept on lead. Enjoy our quiet country grannyflat, only 2km from the town centre. The flat is clean and modern making it the perfect place to stop and have a rest. Enjoy a full kitchen open living area, private bedroom with queen bed and a large bathroom and shower. The flat is seperate to the main house and attached to the side of our garage. Giving you your own private area, with a garden shed to store any outdoor items you have.
