A small (32 square meters) summer family house located on the beach of Megali Ammos. Wake up and jump straight to the sea, sleep with the sound of the waves. Outside siting area where you can have your lunch or dinner under the shade of the pomegranates and palm tree. Sun-beds on the terrace to relax and some that you can carry to the beach underneath. Nice cafes, restaurants located nearby at the beach. Please keep in mind that the Seahouse shares a terrace with the house next door.

Στην καρδιά της Σκιάθου και σε απόσταση αναπνοής από παραλίες, εστιατόρια και καταστήματα, βρίσκεται αυτό το άνετο και πλήρως εξοπλισμένο διαμέρισμα 60 τετραγωνικών μέτρων, ιδανικό για οικογένειες ή παρέες έως 5 ατόμων. Το διαμέρισμα διαθέτει δύο υπνοδωμάτια – το ένα με διπλό κρεβάτι και το άλλο με δύο μονά – καθώς και έναν άνετο καναπέ-κρεβάτι στο καθιστικό.

Second floor two-bedroom apartment ( 65 sq.m.) on the waterfront in very quiet location in Loutraki, Skopelos Island. The road outside is a cul-de-sac leading only to the footpath beach. Air conditioning in kitchen/diner and main bedroom. The apartment has a square balcony large enough to dine outside, stunning views overlooking the pretty little harbour of Loutraki, and only 3 minutes walk from the closest beach.

This is a traditional house recently restored. The 3 stored house has been all renewed using local materials and respecting all the traditional features. The house has a backyard with a little garden and exterior shower (perfect to shower when you come back from the beach), and a table to have dinner. We also have a portable barbacue where you can cook your fresh fish outside.
