Next to the rail-trail, 30min to Nelson, central to 2major ski areas and 5min. from night skiing in Salmo, close to many beautiful lakes in the area. This spacious suite can accommodate 4-5 persons as it has a Queen bed, a high-end pullout sofa and twin cot. It has a beautiful shower room and a well appointed kitchen and new appliances for you to cook with. Floor heating keeps you cozy and warm and the big windows make you feel being part of nature. It also has a barbeque on the covered porch.

I have endeavored to create a comfortable space that provides a wonderful base for adventuring. The walls are covered in local art, I love showcasing local artisans. Paintings are reminiscent of Nelson and are for sale. The beautiful king sized bed and live edge wood counters are taken from sustainably harvested trees and created by a local craftsman. The upstairs is spacious and features a wood burning stove. The downstairs is a beautiful grotto bathroom with a sunken tub big enough for two.

Our serene and peaceful cabin is situated 15 min from town center where you will find supermarkets, the rec center, a movie theater, shops, and restaurants. Creston also offers tours of the Kokanee Brewery and local vineyards during the summer. We are 20 min from Kootenay lake. The West Creston Wetlands Conservation Area is at the bottom of the hill. The Art Studio downtown

Our Grandpa Max built this eclectic space onto the back of his heritage home in the 1970s as an art studio and woodworking shop. Now we host travelers in this mid-century meets modern Scandi suite. The downtown core is only one block away but the studio is located on a quiet residential street backing on to green-space. Grocery store, coffee shops, restaurants, park with a lookout and the theatre are all within blocks. Perfect for couples, solo adventurers, business travellers and ski bums!
