This guest house is located on a 3.5 acre property, secluded from the historic neighborhood, though it's just 3 miles from downtown Greenville and the Bon Secours Wellness Arena. Less than a mile to the Swamp Rabbit Trail, this cottage is perfect for jaunts to downtown Greenville, Furman University, Paris Mountain, Travelers Rest and Unity Park! It has been lovingly improved, but the floors are a bit slanted and no corner is exactly square. Located in a neighborhood on a five acre farm, it consists of three large rooms, comfortably furnished and lots of natural light. The cottage is convenient to downtown Greenville(5 miles),Travelers Rest, Furman, and the Swamp Rabbit Trail. No pet fee or cleaning fee.
