Located on a quiet cul-de-sac in Aviemore in The Cairngorms National Park and a 20 min. walk to the village centre. A self catering home with a modern style whilst keeping a traditional Highland feel throughout. This space is perfect for families, couples or a group of friends to relax and enjoy the Highlands.

Highland Tardis

This is a lovely wee house set in the Highland town of Aviemore. It's great to come back to the log burning stove and something cooking in the slow cooker after a day in the mountains skiing, snowboarding, walking or cycling. On sunnier days, enjoy the decking in the fully enclosed back garden or relax in the conservatory. There is ample free parking on the doorstep. Our 4 bedroom house is just a 15 minute walk from the centre of Aviemore, where shops, restaurants and bars aplenty await you.

Garden Cottage with hot tub, castle & sea views

This charming cottage is completely unique having the old Redcastle ruin as a back drop and views of the Beauly Firth directly in front. There is an idyllic stream going through the garden and we have recently planted a wild flower meadow at the end of the garden. It has been beautifully refurbished in 2023 and we feel incredibly proud of the results. The cottage is located in the sleepy hamlet of Milton of Redcastle and really is an idyllic and very comfortable place to come and unwind.

With 3 large bedrooms and two bathrooms the house sleeps 6 people and is perfect for families and outdoor enthusiasts. The contemporary open plan living area and external decking area are fantastic for socialising and entertaining with a backdrop of spectacular uninterrupted panoramic views of the Cairngorms. The house has been recently refurbished for 2019 with the finest luxury furnishings.

The cottage lies on the boundary of the Insh Marshes RSPB nature reserve and has views across the open countryside to the Spey Valley and Monadhliath Mountains. The area is an outdoor enthusiast's paradise, offering walking, cycling, fishing, bird watching, golf, sailing, climbing and ski-ing. Soillerie Beag is the perfect peaceful retreat.
