A perfect base for exploring the area, regardless of season. This house is situated on the corner of a snowmobile road to the lake as well as the vehicle access point for the lake in winter months. House features a well treed, fully fenced, large side yard with a fire pit, screened in gazebo, and another outdoor seating space on a deck with a bbq.

Also includes a tv with wifi for cozy evenings or rainy days The home has a full kitchen with everything you need, laundry in house, a full bathroom with a bathtub and shower.
