Villa Sittella cuenta con todas las características necesarias para una cómoda estancia lejos de casa. Hay muchas actividades locales que incluyen senderos para caminar y para montar en bicicleta y el popular lago Leschenaultia. Hay camas para 4 personas con 2 adicionales en el sofá cama de abajo si es necesario. Perfecto para un pequeño grupo familiar o una pareja. El área de spa privado y la sauna se pueden reservar por un coste adicional.

Damos la bienvenida a los huéspedes a nuestra casa a solo 1 km del centro de Kalamunda, al comienzo del sendero Bibbulmun. Nuestra suite independiente de la planta superior consta de dormitorio, baño, salón, cocina pequeña y un gran balcón privado con vistas ininterrumpidas a nuestro parque regional. Tenemos un acre de jardín con una variedad de plantas nativas y exóticas, que Linda estará encantada de mostrarte. Hay varios paseos señalizados en la zona, muchos cafés y restaurantes en la ciudad, bodegas y huertos cerca.

For the mountain bikers there's a railway heritage trail (Kep Track) at the end of the street. The Swan Valley is a 20 min drive away, or maybe hit the local for a pub lunch.

Relax and enjoy the peace and tranquility in the beautiful cottage on our 13-acre property where kangaroos roam freely and occasionally you might see an echidna. Wild ducks and long neck turtles live in our dam, which during the winter months overflows and cascades down the hill into a roaring waterfall which can be heard from the cottage. There is an abundance of birds; kookaburras, galahs, magpies, parrots, blue wrens to name just a few. Our property is NOT suitable for children or infants.

It best suits those with their own transport. Public transport is a short walk away for access to Perth and Kalamunda and a supermarket is a ten minute walk away.
