Located in the middle of the wine trail in Chautauqua County, NY, this home is located just minutes away from the Shortman Road Exit on I90. Our central location provides you access to over 20 wineries and distilleries, Lake Chautauqua, Lake Erie, and access for skiing, boating, hunting, fishing, kayaking, hiking, biking, and world class sunsets. Buffalo, Erie and Cleveland are just short day trips!

Enjoy the forest view where it’s likely you'll see wild deer or turkey. Enjoy a peaceful stay in this cozy cabin on a quiet dead end street. With Snug Harbor Marina just a few minute walk down the street, Chautauqua Lake is right at your fingertips! Enjoy cooking outdoors with the BBQ grill, or make use of the full indoor kitchen. Create memories with the family while roasting s'mores around the gas fire pit and snuggling up with one of the board games provided. Snowmobilers can access the trail a couple miles away by road or by trailering to the Mayville Town Park.

Backing up to the woods is a welcoming area with a brick fireplace and lot of seating to relax after a day of fun.

On the beach you can spend time hunting for beach glass and driftwood, or take the half-mile walk along the beach to Barcelona Harbor.
