If you want a private city escape, our shipping container treehouse is for you! PRIVACY NOTE: There are ZERO shared spaces, no on else on property. While we live in a 'neighborhood' you cannot see another home from our treehouse.

Welcome to our custom-built Aframe in the woods just 90 minutes from Nashville. This quiet retreat perched on the Cumberland Plateau gives you access to the hikes and waterfalls the area is known for, while offering an elevated guest experience. Enjoy the soaking tub, gas fireplace, fast wifi, Smart TV, well-appointed kitchen, and bluff views. Sewanee University, Cumberland Caverns, Fiery Gizzard, and Sweetens Cove are all within a short drive. Sorry, no parties, events, or photoshoots.

The Retreat offers a cozy cottage for down time & you have the option to hike trails down to falls area, socialize with other guests or sit and have your own Fire in our fire pit on the property and just relax! Fiery Gizzard Homeplace & Cottage

A private cottage located close to area restaurants and outdoor activities. Approximately 5 minutes to FIERY GIZZARD trailhead as well as dining in Monteagle and Tracy City. Our cottage has a private courtyard where you can grill, chill, and make a fire! A large custom walk-in shower with great water pressure and endless hot water. A large smart tv with excellent internet. Very comfortable bedding and a nice leather recliner. Snacks and drinks in the refrigerator are complementary.

Hundred Oaks

Clifftops cabin close to the front gate. Nearby lake, bluff view, waterfalls, hiking. Sewanee University 3-4 miles away. Chattanooga-30-45 min, Nashville-90 min. Important: the stairs leading to the loft are very steep so it’s probably not the best option for young children or the elderly. We do not allow for any pets on the property. During the winter months from Christmas to March, the washer/dryer will be unavailable due to freezing weather.

Sisters Point Cabin

Sisters Point is a beautiful bluff front cabin perfect for getting away from it all. Situated on a very quiet tree lined street just 1 mile from Monteagle and 5 miles from Sewanee. Within a 15-30 min drive to numerous local attractions to include The Caverns, Bonnaroo Music Festival, Fiery Gizzard, University of the South, Dutch Maid Bakery, Greeter Falls and Stone Door, numerous arts and crafts fairs and music festivals throughout the year.
