In one of the oldest areas, our 400 yr old house is located in a very quiet spot but central enough to reach old town in 10 min by foot. A bakery is closeby. The apt has a living/bedroom and a room with small kitchen/dining area, with a small bathroom (shower). The WC is situated across the hallway, ca 3m from the entrance to your flat-only to be used by you. You are very welcome to use our large garden. We are also happy to lend you a bicycle (7€) or a tandem-the best way to explore Salzburg.

Unsere Unterkunft ist in der Nähe des Stadtzentrums Seekirchen am Wallersee. Mit der S-Bahn bist du in nur 12 Minuten in der Mozartstadt Salzburg. Du wirst unsere Unterkunft wegen der Ruhe, der herrlichen Umgebung, dem Wallersee, der Seeburg, der vielen Wander- und Radwege und dem modernen Ambiente lieben. Du wirst spüren, dass beim Bau sehr auf gesunde Baumaterialien geachtet. Wohlfühlen ist uns wichtig. Unsere Unterkunft ist bestens geeignet für (Liebes-)Paare, Singles und Geschäftsreisende.

Urlaub im Grünen am Wallersee bei Salzburg

Gegend ist sehr ländlich , Wohnung befindet sich im Dachgeschoss(2.Etage), ruhig, ungestört. Umgeben von Bauernhöfen und viel Wald kann man in der Nähe von Salzburg gut entspannen und ist dennoch sofort mit dem Auto im Zentrum des Geschehens. Supermärkte sind ganz schnell erreichbar, der Wallersee in Sichtweite. Ideal als Ausgangspunkt zum Baden und Wandern und um Salzburg zu erkunden. Auch das Salzkammergut , Hallstatt und der Königssee sind schnell zu erreichen.Auch mit Öffis gut machbar.

Hütte am Wald. Salzkammergut

Die Hütte am Wald ist ein Blockhaus welches dank Vollholz Bauweise ein super angenehmes Raumklima schafft und neben hübschem Interior auch allen Komfort mit privater Sauna, Kamin und toller Ausstattung für Groß und Klein bietet. Gelegen am sonnigen Waldrand nicht weit vom Fuschlsee entfernt, biete die Hütte am Wald einen großen Garten mit privater Terrasse, Outdoor Esstisch und Sonnenliegen. Herzlich willkommen im Schloss Rauchenbichl im Herzen von Salzburg Stadt. Unser neu renoviertes Appartement befindet sich in einem historischen Gutshof am Fuße des Kapuzinerbergs und ist nur einen gemütlichen Spaziergang vom Stadtzentrum entfernt. Der Rauchenbichlerhof ist ein imposantes denkmalgeschütztes Schlössl, mit eigenem Barockgarten, welches erstmals im Jahre 1120 namentlich erwähnt wurde und in welchem 1831 die frühere Geliebte des französischen Kaisers Napoléon I. lebte.

Diese Lage macht das ganze Jahr über Städtebummler, Abenteurer und Sportler glücklich, aber auch alle, die einfach nur mit Bergblick aufwachen und das Panorama bestaunen wollen. Das Zentrum von Salzburg ist in 10-15 Minuten per Bus oder mit dem Auto erreichbar.

The wonderful Salzburg lake area is approx. 20 minutes away. The world famous Salzkammergut is only 25 minutes away. The guests use the house completely alone. A large balcony invites you to enjoy the sunset. The garden invites you to play or relax and is protected from the eyes of the barn by a large hedge.

The apartment has recently been completely renovated, has a state-of-the-art interior and consists of an open space of 65 M2, which creates a very open and free feeling. The unique view over Lake Wolfgang can be enjoyed to the fullest. The luxurious bathroom including a huge bathtub, in combination with the ambient lighting, ensures ultimate relaxation. A box spring bed, a modern kitchen and a comfortable sofa ensure a perfect holiday feeling.

Old town Salzburg

Apartment in a 19th century house, for 1- 4 in the old center beneath the castle/ monastry (sound of music), very calm, clean and cosy, ten minutes walk to the Mozartplatz, 15 minutes by bus from the trainstation. For our guests with toddlers/small children we are very happy to offer a Thule Sport 2 carriage for lend (10 euros/day). This way you can explore Salzburg by foot also with small children!
