Wir befinden uns auf einer Höhe von ca. 880 Metern, was unsere Gäste unmittelbar das Almfeeling spüren lässt. Bei uns haben Sie die Möglichkeit, Entspannung & die österreichische Idylle zu genießen. The bedroom has comfortable beds . 10 minutes to the city center, grocery store, indoor swimming pool with sauna in the immediate vicinity. Cars can park on the property. Bread roll service or have breakfast in town (Sattlers, Steffl Bäck) Offer ski depot for 2 people in the gondola station Cost 10 EURO per day Dogs are welcome.

Apartment "Hoamatgfühl"

Our apartment is built in 2016 and we loved it to design the rooms, the equipment and the decoration. It´s based on the ground floor of our house and has an seperate entrance, an extra room for skies/hiking shoes, an extra entrance and a directly conecting to the terasse and the garden. The appartement is fully equipped and the overview to the beautiful mountains around you can enjoy sitting on the couch :) Just try and test the "homy" feeling in our house...

Haus Anne

The house is close to Reiteralm Silver Jet ski lift (4 min by car). It is absolutely lovable because of the views and the location. Beside the two double rooms there is a spacious living room, fully equipped kitchen and dining corner. The big balcony is facing to Reiteralm. The place is great for couples, solo adventurers, and families (with kids). Pets are welcome (but we need to charge an extra €50 because of the extra cleaning).

The apartment is located 3 km away from the ski resort of Schladming-Dachstein. It have a living area with a fully equipped kitchen with dishwasher and a sofa bed, a bathroom with infrared cabin, a balcony, free Wi-Fi and cable TV. The ski bus stops 50 m away from the House, the nearest supermarket is 500 metres away. The apartment is an ideal starting point for skiing, hiking, mountain biking and rafting.

My loft is characterized by it's cozyness and perfect location for summer and winter tourism in Schladming (skiing, trekking, rafting, cycling, climbing...). On the sunny terrace you can have your meals outside or just enjoy the beautiful view to the mountains and the Planai. As I sometimes live in this apartment there are personal things which I kindly ask you to treat well :)
