Een monumentale woning ,1 minuut lopen van de tram en winkelcentrum. Op de beneden etage komt u via een (stijle ) trap (zonder traphek). Hier zijn 3 slaapkamers, 1 badkamer en een separaat toilet. 1 van de slaapkamers ligt aan de tuin. het bed is een twijfelaar. Het karton bed van de foto’s te vervangen voor meer degelijk bed. De andere slaapkamer heeft een 2 personens bed en de andere kamer heeft 2 losse bedden tegen elkaar aan geschoven op de foto maar in de praktijk doe ik ze vaak uit elkaar.

This sunny, spacious private floor has its own livingroom with a balcony, a pantry microwave), a big bedroom with adjacent bathroom. The apartment is perfectly situated in The Hague's old "Statenkwartier" (Scheveningen) and is a great base for cycling trips, hikes and cultural activities. The harbour, the beach and nice restaurants are close by. Tram nr 17 and 11 stop right around the corner and brings you to the city-center within several minutes. The beach is only a 14 minute walk away.

Ook kan elektrische fiets veilig worden vast gezet en opgeladen. Supermarkt vlakbij, sfeervol centrum 5 minuten fietsen.

It is a private ground floor studio off the main shared entrance of the house within walking distance from fantastic restaurants, bars, shops and beautiful sights. The apartment is great to work from with strong WIFI, equipped kitchen with free Nespresso, tea, comfy bed, bathroom with rain shower, and even a laundry machine! It is child friendly with a cot & high chair.

Aan de straat kant is een eigen ingang.

Dit centraal gelegen appartementje is perfect om Rotterdam te ontdekken. Het ligt op nog geen kilometer afstand van het centraal station. De tram stopt om de hoek. De comfortabele, gerenoveerde ruimte heeft een eigen ingang en goede wifi. Het heeft een eigen badkamer met een moderne inloopdouche. Er is een tweepersoonsbed, tv en een pantry met koelkast, Nespresso-apparaat, waterkoker en magnetron. Er staat een kleine tafel met 2 stoelen. Zelfservice inchecken is beschikbaar.

Prachtig appartement op de tweede verdieping (zolderverdieping) van een monumentaal grachtenpand in het centrum van Delft, rustig gelegen tegenover de rondvaart boten. Het centraal station is op vijf minuten loopafstand, winkels en heerlijke restaurants zijn op een steenworp afstand. De zolderverdieping is compleet en smaakvol luxueus ingericht, een keuken, douche, toilet. Het pittoreske grachtenpand heeft geen lift, helaas niet rolstoel toegankelijk.
