“Okaeri” is an absolute beachfront townhouse situated directly behind the sand dunes of Murray’s Beach in beautiful Sunny Sawtell. “Okaeri” translates to “welcome home” in Japanese, and that’s exactly how we want you to feel. The end townhouse with direct frontage onto the green beach bush reserve. Fall asleep to the sound of the ocean and awake to the sound of the birds. Your well behaved dog is welcome with its own bed and leashed between house and dog friendly beach at end of the garden..we are surrounded with wildlife that is protected .

We are a few minutes walk from Boambee Beach & Boambee Bay,5 minute drive to Sawtell village & Coffs International Stadium. The studio features an open plan with separate bathroom. Our home is on the top level with the studio situated on the ground level underneath our living area.Featuring queen bed, sofa, TV, kettle, unlimited wifi, electric frypan, toaster,microwave& ceiling fan for cooling.All linen provided. Suit singles or a couple. Guests have their own private side gate access.

Our place is 6 acres of native forest next to a pristine lake, within easy walking distance of beautiful, uncrowded beaches. We are close to the village of Urunga, and a half-hour drive from Coffs Harbour airport. Enjoy the privacy, views, and the quiet, natural surroundings. We welcome families, couples, solo adventurers, and business travelers. This two storey unit has a separate bedroom with ensuite, lounge-room, and private balcony with BBQ provided. Laundry available. No pets please.

Quiet and peaceful cabin centrally located and only a few minutes drive to Emerald Beach.
