The open-plan living area looks out to a covered balcony with a view of the Savannah River and Atlantic Ocean, just beyond the natural dunes. Open living area and well-equipped kitchen, including a dishwasher & oven. The bedroom has a queen-size bed and the bathroom has a tub/shower combo. Parking is unreserved for only ONE vehicle.

Camp Laney's Sunrises & Sunsets

Unwind at this unique & tranquil gem in a hidden neighborhood looking over the Back River to Tybee. The beach is accessible by car, or kayak from our dock for the adventurous soul. With miles of marsh on one side, & the Back River flowing to the ocean on the other, enjoy sunrises & sunsets. Use the salty beach bikes, kayaks, canoe, jump off the dock, build a (responsible) fire in the pit, or relax on the patio. This cozy downstairs suite has its own entrance in a private home. Due to its location on a floating dock in a tidal creek, with low tides making for a difficult/steep transition between the floating and stationary docks, The Houseboat is not ideal for guests with mobility issues.
