Our flat is on the garden floor of a detached 2-storey building with an independent entrance, in the historical district of Bosphorus. The apartment has its own small garden surrounded by special greenery. There is 1 master bedroom and 1 guest bedroom. All rooms are air conditioned and have natural light. It is equipped with new and fully functional white goods. 150 meters close from the seaside, and 6-8 minutes walking distance from metro and other public transportation stations.
